Conference of Philippine Schools Overseas

The New Filipino Private School is one of the Philippine Schools Overseas supervised and overseen by the Inter-Agency Committee on Philippine Schools Overseas (IACPSO). This agency is composed of the following:

Chair - Department of Education (DepED)

Co – Chair - Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)

Secretariat - Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO)

Member - Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)

Member - Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)

The IACPSO continuously updates the different PSOs through a yearly conference wherein essential concerns such as current curriculum innovations and teaching strategies, effective school operation and management, better collaboration with the host government and others pertinent to the further improvement of the education for the Filipino children.

Every year, The NFPS sends representatives to this conference headed by Mrs. Luzviminda P. Corpuz, the school principal. All conferences have been attended and these are as follows:
